Overwhelmed and don't know where to start. It is time for once and for all heal the inner child wounds. I'm here to offer a safe and supportive space together we will connect to your inner child. This 1:1 session is designed to gently uncover what's holding you back and release limiting beliefs. Primary focus on healing you wound. I will give you tools ad exercises you need to establish a connection with your inner child and begin identifying your core belief and wounds.
